Love our infield. I think that's why we made sure to keep Hardy around. Vet presence to help ensure that Machado and Schoop stay elite defenders. A good glove first basemen is great and all but it's still first base. Machado, Hardy and Schoop impact the game so much with defense and all the shifting we do. Hardy and Schoop have the confidence to throw the ball to second and get the lead runner, when alot of players wouldn't even try to attempt it. Then they attempt and turn a bunch of DP's. Plus they are both beasts at getting the tag down on SB attempts.
