Part of me wants to make a Sons of Sam Horn account and just casually drop this there. But that site is ungodly to look at in format. OH is so much easily to navigate and more aesthetically pleasing. -

I was thinking same as I was watching the game, "i'm really curious to see what the umpire scorecard says tomorrow." It confirms my suspicions that as usual, we get the Boston/New York favored zone. -

Austin Wynns is starting the season in AAA for the Giants. However, the GM had some less than stellar words about former first round pick Joey Bart, so his stint in Sacramento might be short. Also, not technically a former Oriole, but former farmhand (and former prospect) Brett Cumberland is also assigned to Sacramento, but was bitten by the 60 day injury bug already. He appears to have strained his left toe nail. -

I'm not anti-anybody but Adley at all. I like Maverick quite a bit. But Adley outclasses him in every conceivable way. And in fact it was Adley that Grayson was throwing to for the majority of his upper minor league career when he was dominating. So it's kind of bizarre to think that Maverick is going to be the guy that unlocks Grayson when it was Adley who did that first. -

I followed the game on Gameday and then caught some of the replay later that night and this is essentially exactly what my eyes told me haha. Good to see my eyes weren't fooling me. -
