So 37 players right now. Plus the impending FA's of Davis, Parra, Chen, O'day, MW, and Pearce. That's six spots. Plus the probable non tender of Matusz. Hopefully we'll be bringing back some of the FA's. But still that is alot of roster flexibility.

Someone just started a thread about how they should tender Matusz. I think Buck wants someone that has more flexibility.

I am not entirely sure it wasn't Brian Matusz that started that thread:)

Janish was added. But Gamboa was outrighted to AAA. Off 40 man. Still at 37.

I enjoyed watching Janish play with Norfolk.

Alvarez, Macini and Borbon are all possibilities. Me personally, I would add Borbon (he deserves it and can backup CF and provide speed) and Alvarez.

They probably will bring up Walker.

Looking Back and Ahead

Are the Orioles prepared to make another roster move today ??? There are some rumblings, so stay tuned.

They still have an 8-man bullpen, but someone will need to come off the roster on Friday when catcher Steve Clevenger returns from paternity leave.

Perhaps they will go back to a 4-man bench today, or place someone on the taxi squad. Anything goes around here.
