Catcher Jonah Heim escaped having surgery and caught Monday's game.

C Steel Russell promoted to Frederick (A+) from Delmarva

C Jonah Heim activated from disabled list

Glad to see Heim back. He finally started to show some bat early this season before getting injured. As the defense-first member of the three-headed HS catcher draft class, I think he was expected to be the best bet to stick at the position.

All three of this group spent considerable amount of the year on the sidelines. Sisco has bounced back, but Alex Murphy missed a lot of time too and is just starting to get back going in Aberdeen. Hopefully all three can stay healthy next season and progress.
