Lough will be on the bubble of making Super 2 status with 2 years, 138 days. That could be the difference between him being non tendered or staying.

The O's need lefthanded batters and Lough could fit in next years team as the 4th outfielder depending on salary and who else is available.

Flaherty made 1.075m in his first year of arbitration eligibility. Both players are better known for their defense than their offense.
