Odd he wasn't here once the AAA season ended. Any team could use a glove man and fast runner this time of year. Wonder if they were really down on him and just wanted to get a look at some other players.

Funny both Henry and Lough at least had big walk off homers but Lake has been a total bust. He can't field or hit.

I like Henry and I'll root for him. But this is a good example of how desperate/terrible this team was during that stretch in August. The guy was our starting RF for 2 weeks and then 4 weeks later he can't even crack the expanded roster.

Totally agree.

Reading some of these posts, reminds of those dark years when we were hoping a guy who could hit .225 would be kept over a guy who could hit .220 but field a tad better. Or maybe, it's not my day, and I'm just missing the sarcasm.
