I think the Nationals want to fix the bullpen. I think they make a strong push for O'Day. Also Rizzo has ties to Parra and likes him.

Not sure where they'd play Parra.

I have been on record since late July that I am hoping that Davis will be an Oriole in 2016:

Then he went to the Baltimore Orioles along with Mike Torrez in a trade for Dave McNally and Rich Coggins for the remainder of his playing career.

Then he went to the New York Yankees as a sports commentator.

I can't see the Dodgers since Agon is signed through 2018 at a very expensive contract.
