I would hope team and operations spending would stay about the same. Meaning, if the on the field salaries drop 20-30 million I would like to see that reinvested somewhere in the organization whether it's more analytics guys, scouts, international academies or what have you.

Titles are meaningless IMO. Whoever attends the Winter Meetings and leads the trade/FA discussions is the GM, regardless of their job title.
