Too steep a learning curve.

Remember he was pitching in A ball in 2014.

Bit much to expect him to have command of three pitches (or more) and be able to work his way through a MLB lineup 3-4 times.

Also his career high for IP is 115.1.

Yeah saw that. They hit the crap outta the ball after Garcia got them to strike out and ground out. The guy turns 23 in November. If they keep him as a reliever, I expect him to have a big year in 16, in the minors.
