People are free to post what they want. Other people have every right to believe or not to believe what they want. the only time it becomes an issue is if we feel a poster is deliberately trying to speared false information.

That said, let's have fun with this stuff. It should be an active offseason.

I would like to add that I believe that I saw Salty at the Ravens game on Sunday. I can't be 100% positive because I also wasn't even at the game. ;)

Thank you Tony. We need both: fun and an active offseason.... fingers crossed.

Wild Bill' date=' Belkast, BigBird... I'm sure I'm missing quite a few.[/quote']

.... Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you.

What's that you say, Belkast.

Big Bird has left and gone away,

Hey, hey, hey

Hey, hey, hey

...and they are sorely missed.

I saw his wife Ashley. She is fourteen years older and was a gym teacher when he was a student in the school. She was the only one who could pronounce and spell his name right so he fell in

love.

Given that she could've been present and literate when his birth certificate was signed, that seems like a poor source of bonus points.

The five day thing is interesting, but a bit naive I think. I'm sure Salty Agent very likely has other players the play for the Orioles. He could certainly call about another client and then bring it up.

Ago for me it's a meh signing that gives them the ability to DH him or Clevenger full time . It makes it easier on Buck not to have to worry about DHing his only other catching option.

I don't think this will effect QOing Wieters in the slightest.

Yea, I have no idea why that would stop a Wieters QO...

It took me a handful of posts to realize that Saltalamacchia and Teagarden were two different guys.

Well, the last names are pronounced the same ... just spelled differently.

Salty does make some sense as a catcher with some upside to play alongside Joseph in case Joseph falters and perhaps the opportunity to compete with Joseph appeals to Salty.

If Fangraphs expects Wieters to get 4/$64, I think the QO is fairly obvious. IMO, the bigger question is how many of our draft picks will we give up signing QOed free agents considering we'll have three extra picks.
