I was thinking there was an outside chance we might make a run at Davis because of all the fans/press pressure of "how can the Orioles not afford to sign him". With Wieters accepting QO, I think Chen and Davis are both adios.

I just assumed. Final decision is with the player but I'd hope a player would ask his agent's advice before making a multimillion dollar decision.
