I don't know about those above but what about Nori Aoki? A pretty good hitter that gets on base, also wouldn't cost that much.

Austin Jackson...profiles similarly to Span without the health issues but people seem to be ignoring him.

Zobrist...probably overpriced.

My preference relative to price is something like Jackson, Kim, Aoki, Span, Zobrist

I would like Jackson I think. Zobrist would be great.

I'm definitely a fan of Jackson. If nothing else, it would benefit the defense, and you could hope he bounces back offensively.

Id be okay with Span or Aoki. On base abilities, left handed, speedy.

Absolute no goes to Cespedes and especially Byrd. Do not want either of them unless of course Cespedes comes at a reasonable cost, which he won't.

Depends on a lot of different factors. Certainly any "dump" wouldn't cost Gausman.

Lots of ways to make trades work. I don't think Gausman is a pre-requisite for any of those guys EXCEPT to the extent the other teams have better options via trade already available (which is likely for some).

Of the free agents, only Span and Cespedes are of any interest to me. Why spend money on players that aren't good?
