Yep. The deadline additions didnt help Toronto get to the playoffs. Only what they did last offseason. All Smoak.

Don't only 4 teams make it past the first round? This is a dumb stat. Also was last year the first or second year the Met's weren't a huge payroll team. Guess that Santana deal finally came off the books.

I am very confused by your Met comment. The Mets had a huge payroll but didn't win anything. Now the payroll is down and they did win so we should hold the huge payroll against them.

Since the Madoff scam the Mets have been a low payroll team.
