Keep any eye on outfielder Will Venable, a left-handed hitter who also interested the Orioles last winter. The Padres held onto him until consummating a trade with the Rangers in August.

Venable owns a career .317 on-base percentage, which doesn't really solve a need for the Orioles, but they still like him.

Weams.....you are a lucky guy.

Interested in Alvarez if they are not doing it right instead of Davis. This means the cost would have to be in line with that.

No interest in Venable!

Oh. I'm not there. Just posting the photos I find. I will go to Fanfest and Spring Training though.

So lessee... O'Day back, want a #2/3 SP, looking at Alvarez and Venable... all this points to Davis signing elsewhere in my book. The team is investing in several areas instead of one.

Somebody please tell me they're looking at Denard Span or someone with OBP skills.
