I suppose in this fairy tale world where Santa Claus exists, there are also professional baseball players without risk?

Critiquing my santa list wow.

All players do have certain amount of risk. However, the Sniders/De Aza's/Reimold's/Kim are huge risks. How about if I said An outfielder with a solid MLB track record? Better?

I'd argue they are a lot less risky, since there is very little financial commitment. Guys like Gordon and Upton have proven track records but their long term and expensive contracts would offer huge amounts of risk. Trading for established guys also potentially costs money and players and therefore significant risk. There is no way to acquire proven nonvolatile outfielders without significant risk involved.
