Actually, looking at the replay, he did what he was supposed to do. He went halfway, and then took off. Unfortunately the ball didn't get away from Ibanez, and Huff showed just how slow he is.

He should have been at least 3/4 to third. That ball was a HR in any other park and Ibanez doesn't have that great of an arm.
