Tommy Milone (left handed!) was just released by the Twins. He has a career 3.98 ERA and 1.30 WHIP, so he's someone that I'd like to see the Os claim. There is a good chance another team will claim him first, but hopefully not.

I think he is still on waivers so any team claiming him would have to pay.

if he clears waivers he can sign with anyone for a part of his salary. The Twins would be on the hook for the difference. I can't see anyone claiming him at that price so I expect he clears and becomes a free agent.
