While I find streakers entertaining, I can understand that it must be unsettling for a player given that there have been incidents involving violent drunks instead of mirthful drunks. If your a player and you see some random guy running towards you your first thoughts are probably(or at least should be), "Weapon" and "Lawsuit"

I think Trembley is more concerned about the blatant disregard for the rules, and the possibility of physical harm to the players if they get close enough to cause any.

I think the timing of it had a lot to do with it also. Sherrill was just about to throw his first pitch of that inning. DT probably thought (in addition to all the obvious reasons) that it was possibly going to mess up his rhythm or mindset.
