Anyone have a scouting report on Aderlin Rodriguez? 10 homeruns and an .819 OPS in Frederick. He's 24, so a little old for Frederick....but not that old. I have heard very little about him. If he was doing this at Bowie he would probably be considered one of our top position prospects.

He spent all of last season in AA.

I wouldn't read much into him doing well at A+.

Players develop at different rates and just because they have difficulty at a level one year does not mean they can't handle it the next one. He's still fairly young. I know little about him but he seems to be worth keeping an eye on.

Joey Terdoslavich in AA is having a pretty bad year so far, so a promotion could make sense for Aderlin. Rodriguez is probably just an org. filler guy like Q.Latimore was/is for Bowie.
