Interesting 5-year home run pattern

I was trying to look for some evidence that homers increased as the weather got hot on the East Coast. I didn't have any easy way to separate out home and road by month, so I decided just to look at the Orioles' hitters and pitchers over the last five years, regardless of where the games were played. This is what I found for 2011-15:

Orioles Hitters

April: 1.14 HR/G

May: 1.24

June: 1.33

July: 1.25

Aug.: 1.39

Sept.: 1.39

Orioles Pitchers

April: 1.17 HR/G

May: 1.17

June: 1.17

July: 1.14

Aug.: 1.14

Sept.: 1.18

So basically, the O's hit more homers as the season went along, but the pitchers didn't allow any more. That's probably just a random result over what is still a pretty small data set, but I still found it kind of interesting.
