I'm going to say it first ...

Frobby suggested the possibility 10 minutes earlier, at 5:01 PM:

Tillman got his 12th win today. He figures to have 15 starts after the all star break, so getting 8 more wins is a realistic possibility.

However, you are indeed the first to come out and say that he would actually do it (as far as I know.)

If Chris has a string of games where he pitchers his first 3 innings as well as he seems to do his last 3-4 innings he can get to 20. And we need him to.
