I was just thinking this. Bordick has improved but unless he's talking about fielding, he just doesn't tell me something I don't already know. I know some people like rah rah guys but I'd rather have a guy who can offer an insight or tell it like it is. It's the reason I love Palmer and think McDonald is the same. Even Roberts was good at it on his short stints in spring training.
