I realize Im annoying, but the idea that this team cant get even 1 run on a decent sacrifice fly time after time in a game where every run counts is stupifying.

I meant Ive never seen an inability to hit a sacrifice fly with the regularity we do..or dont.

There is no basis for your comments, Roy. The Orioles have 27 sac flies in 200 opportunities, a 13.5% sac fly rate. The league as a whole has 468 sac flies in 3611 opportunities, a 12.7% sac fly rate. So the O's get more sac flies than most teams, as a percentage of opportunities.

Oh, and we just saw the Nats fail twice.
