Need to see him first but he has the potential if the scouting reports are correct.

He pitched innings 4-6.  Two of his outs were made by W.Castillo(bunt and SB attempt).  Manny was his only K.  Probably on that wipeout slider mentioned above.  

I wonder if he would be a starter or a reliever?

It's interesting to note that the Braves signed him on March 17th, and released him sometime within the last 3 weeks. Did they not like "94-97 with a wipeout slider"?
