Ryan Meisinger knocking on the door for a call-up

107 IP, 1.59 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, .196 BAA career line over a year and a half of minor league ball.

9 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 13 K's at Bowie this season.

This guy seems to have swing and miss stuff plus command.  Dan doesn't have a problem calling them up straight from Bowie (Givens, Hart).  He's not on the 40-man, but I don't think that's a huge deal.  There's always someone who can be moved.

Dan is big on having guys prove themselves at AA before they get called up.  9 IP is probably not enough.

You never know, but I don't think so.  Think some more of the AAA guys will get chances first.

Who is that going to be?

Bleier doesn't miss bats.  Rodridguez doesn't seem to be valued by the organization.  Maybe Yacobonis?

Certainly don't need another long reliever/inning eater.

Probably not.  But I think the bar is lower for relievers.

The guys we have in Triple A right now simply aren't that impressive.
