Congrats to Adrian Beltre on his 3000th hit

3,000 hits, in his 20th year in the majors and still going strong.    I still remember when he was a teen phenom with the Dodgers.   

Belte has a decent change to end up in the top 10 all-time in hits.   Paul Molitor is 10th at 3319.   It's reasonable to think he could pass Cal Ripken for 15th place next year -- "Sorry, Cal."

What a great accomplishment for, imo, an under appreciated star.

Pujols is next in line.

Miguel Cabrera may end up passing Beltre and Molitor.
