I hate hearing how the QB needed to be talked to be a senior to calm him down. That's really a bad triat for your starting QB to have. What kind of leadership does that show? Hill couldn't beat him out? Uggh, really gives me major concern about how good Hill really is. 

They better be able to run the ball.

The fact that Hill didn't win the job is no reflection of his talent. It's nearly impossible for a freshman to start without enrolling early. The fact that he's 2nd speaks to how awful the kid from WV is.

How about that block by Ty Johnson? Great job by that young man to spring Piggy. By the way, I like Piggy as an athlete, but his lack of ability to throw the ball vertically is going to cost this team.

The MD Oline should give them a chance to score on anyone. I wish Merritt got himself in shape, he's a first round talent with little desire to see it through. Nice kid though.
