Oriole Signing Rules

In light of some of the recent rumors and what not, I started to think about the various rules and restrictions the FO/ownership seems to have in place that make it feel nearly impossible to compete on free agents.  Here's what come to mind:

1. No opt out clauses.

2. No more than 3 years for a pitcher.

3. Physicals that scare off anyone who's had surgery in the last 3 years.

4. No use of international free agents.

5. Contracts must be signed off by the Angelos, the GM, and Buck (speculation, but there's supporting evidence).

6. No Boras clients (not quite true, but feels close enough).

What others am I missing?

Players must be current Orioles no one else wants

Players must be only players left after everyone else gets theirs....

7.  As owner, if I like a player, I reserve the right to give him a huge contract no matter what my GM might think.

8. If my GM even thinks about wanting out, I want at least two high prospects in return.

1- Player options are just fine tho!

2- Unless they are a real stud like Ubaldo!

3-  And even guys that have never had a serious injury!

4- As long as they are old they are OK!

6- Boras agents are just fine. (Wieters, Pedro, Davis and Britton are all Boras clients as was Jake)
