I always liked Wilson. I still like him better than Wright. Call me crazy but I would have liked to seen the organization give Wilson another shot at the rotation. Wright imo is just awful and will never amount to anything.

Wright has a major league pitch.

I've never seen it.  The same pitch that helps him to a 5.86 ERA?

Wilson and Wright are like this decades Kline and DeJean for me.

Wright has a major league arm.  The problem is he doesn't know how to pitch.  If you could combine Wright's arm with Wilson's pitching style, you would have a very good pitcher.

Wright hits upper 90s with his 4 seamer and has a good 2 seamer as well (shown below at 93mph).  He has multiple MLB pitches, just a poor feel for pitching and fringe command.

Wilson had a MLB pitch as well (slider), just not a fastball.

I was being sarcastic.  I know he has a live arm.  Doesn't really matter though, he is terrible.

I'd argue that without the command, he doesn't have an MLB pitch.

They’re both AAAA fodder.    It’s almost irrelevant which one’s better.
