Which teams are willing to give Cashner or Vargas 10m for 2018?

There has been little buzz about these two.   Who could they sign with instead of the O's.

Twins are looking for TOR.  I don't think it will be them unless they miss of one of the top 4.

I would add the Mariners.  

Texas may also go for one of the top 4 guys.

Billy Eppler says the Angels are comfortable with the rotation at 8 or 9 deep.

Its appears that the Cubs, Twins,  Rangers, Nationals, Cards and Brewers are in on Arrieta, Darvish, Cobb and  Lynn.

 Whoever loses out may be in on Cashner, but really only the Rangers and O's are mentioned as showing interest.

No one other then the O's has been interested in Vargas that I can see.

The Tigers, Twins and O's have been mentioned on Tillman.

 I really like James Paxton. Maybe this is the year he stays healthy and wins the CY.
