I remember when Ryan Minor was a basketball star at the University of Oklahoma.

They were upset by Manhattan College in the 1995 NCAA tournament. Manhattan got a VERY RARE at-large bid for a team that was in a 3rd-tier conference.

The Jaspers showed that they were worthy of the bid by surprising the Sooners, and then very nearly making the Sweet 16 in the 2nd round against Arizona State.

According to the reports, he is staying in the organization but his exact spot is being figured out.

If I remember correctly, there is an opening in Norfolk for a coach (forgot which one exactly.) Wonder if they bump people up and he slips in there somewhere?
