What moves would Dan have to make for you to feel positive about this upcoming season's results and entice you to watch more of Orioles baseball?

Ditto. Angelos should have traded Britton at deadline as well (beating dead horse). Trying to stay positive but these are huge mistakes that set back franchises for many many years.

I have beaten up DD in the past for his lack of emphasis on starting pitching, but in his defense most of this nonsense is on Angelos.

I have a sad feeling we are are going to have another 5-7 years of in the cellar. Won't probably be as bad as before at 14, but it won't be pretty.

I'd feel better about a losing season if I see the team is being realistic. 

Did you mean what Dan could do that would make me think the season was going to be one that ended in a playoff berth?

I'd wait until the end of the season to trade Caleb, well unless another team had a strong need during the season.

He doesn't make much and I don't think you could get much for him right now.

Last year: Vargas 16 QS,, Cashner 18, Garcia 10, Dickey 18,  Lynn 18, Cobb 15,

Trade Manny, grab Realmuto and Prado, sign Cobb and Jon Jay. Assuming one of pieces traded for Manny is a major league ready SP then I'd feel good about that team.
