With how prone to injury he is, the last thing I want Cobb doing is kicking dogs.

Good point, Cobb would probably tear an ACL and be out for the season.

Richard Bleier started his rehab assignment tonight at Advanced-A Frederick, and allowed one run and two hits with a strikeout in the sixth inning.

The box score says that he threw 14 pitches, 9 of which were for strikes ........ more importantly, the Orioles are concerned with how his shoulder will feel in the morning.

Well, sort of.   He induced a DP grounder that Alberto and Davis screwed up.    They make that play, his outing looks a lot better.    That said, his command wasn’t good.
