When they traded for him, he seemed like a guy to throw in there and give a shot during the early stages of the rebuild.  Knows how to hit and get on base.  Could be a surprise.

I wonder if the Orioles would consider giving Machado the MVO for the 2018 season, in spite of him no longer being a member of the team.

If they did, I am pretty sure that it would be the first time that it ever happened.
