Can not hit or field get him off the roster bring up Eider Torres. Torres is doing good at Norfolk hitting (.292 Avg,291 AB,1 HR,35 RBI's,40 Runs,85 Hits, 15 SB,7 Caught). He plays 2nd base but he can probaly play some short

Actually, I'd say that's a pretty good excuse. Not forgiving Bynum, he's not a defensive SS by any means. But astroturf effin' sucks.
