Don’t most players retire in this situation?  He’s 24 in 6 weeks. This is basically what we got in return for Brach. The whole intl signing bonus pool money was completely misread by us on the OH. We just acquired it to make moves like this.

Yefry too. I’m not against trading slot money If we’re not going to use it. This may have also been a favor to the Phils. Maybe a goodwill trade because of wasted time spent on a Jones trade.
