Yes it is time for a stat to measure framing independent fielding independent pitching.

First off I'd like to remind folks that I think the idea that a catcher's framing skills can save upwards of 30 runs in a season is nonsense.

Is there a hitter independent pitching stat? Why should a pitcher in the AL east get penalized for facing Betts more often than others? That should be park, League,  fielding, and framing adjusted of course.

I’d like to see a ball adjusted stat.   Just judge the result by how fluid the player’s motions were, ignoring where the ball went.

You are rewarded by nice uniforms when you pitch on Friday or Saturday, but should probably walk Mookie Betts.  It could be worse though, in the AL West you face the best hitter on the planet 19 games.
