Well, almost. A Tigers' blogger has apparently come extremely close to cracking it, with some help from Tim Dierkes (of MLBTR) and, weirdly enough, Murray Chass, the crazy old man who hates bloggers.

By "extremely close" I mean he's pretty much got it, and I think this next entry clarifies everything he was stuck on (how they deal with DL time).

He posted the rankings for catchers, assuming the season ended today (then 7/21). Ramon would be a Type B.

He's just one guy and it seems like it takes a lot of time, but it'd be pretty cool if someone figured out all of the positions.
