I remember seeing Lee Lacy do that against the Yankees, in July of 1986.

I also remember reading about Eddie Murray doing it in August of 1985, in our local newspaper up here in New York State. Murray had a chance to hit a 4th round-tripper in his final plate appearance of that game, and he almost did it ........ he hit a long fly ball out to right field. When asked about it after the game, Murray said that he is know as a fastball hitter, so he "decided to just wait on some slow stuff, and see what happens."

I remember listening to that Eddie game.   Can't remember if it was Chuck Thompson or John Miler or Tom Marr, but whoever was announcing really thought that 4th one was going to leave the park and got real excited on that call.

I never watched/listened to a 4 HR game until I was at Oriole Park in incredible seats 12 rows behind home plate when Joey Hamilton did it against us, over a quarter of a century later.
