There is really no one else?  I'm not sure how a 7 ERA in Norfolk qualifies him to get a start in the majors.  I get that he's on the 40 already, but not as if we don't have any flexibility there with adding and subtracting guys.

Luis Ortiz  or Russ Ortiz?     Good ol' Russ made it through 40 whole innings here in 2006.
