John Means made it as one of the pitchers.

That may be. But Abreu is sort of a weak addition over Mancini. Particularly since Giolito would be a great selection for them. 

Made you working from the constraint that the Os can only have one player max (rather than one player min)?

Cash or Means would be a better choice anyway. They get into the game, throw ten pitches, and we not have to worry about Mancini getting injured.

Putting aside performance, you'd rather see Mancini because he's much more likely to play in the game.

I'm not the type to get hyped up because the O's mandatory inclusion gets into the game.

Can someone change the title to Means in instead of Mancini out?  Seems more appropriate.

Edited. Regarding appropriateness, I first edited the title before the pitchers were announced.

Abreu over Mancini seems like a poor and lazy selection in my opinion.  Means deserves it though.

Particularly because they had two other guys make it, so it’s not as though they had to find a way to get a guy in there. 

2019 is the second-lowest OPS and the lowest OPS+ of Abreus career as of now.
