That's not really fair.  Dan had his faults, but if he brought talent into the system that's reflected in the new rankings he deserves part of the credit.

I think so.   But in some cases, it seems like Elias’ player development changes have made the inherited prospects look better than they did under Duquette.    

Duquette should get credit for steering us to the worst record in baseball, which netted us Rutschman, who probably moved us up about ten notches by himself.
