But even then, the Orioles still won the game (and swept the series) ........ Brooks' brother Frank hit a walk-off, 3-run home run in the bottom of the 9th inning to complete the series sweep.

We will probably lose 100 games this year.   But we have already set a positive record (first team ever to have back to back shutouts scoring 13 runs ore more), and we did it vs a good opponent.    And we have tied another all time record -- 2+ HRs in 9 straight game, and would break it if we hit 2 out tonight.

Amazing that a bad team could still do two positive things that no team in the history of baseball has been able to accomplish!

And only on pace to allow 305 HR.

Umm...did they not mention in the pregame pitching plan that this guy Trout can hurt you?  Not walking him has cost us four runs knocked in by him so far, walking him every time would have led directly to one run by him when the bases were loaded in the fifteenth rather than him clearing the bases.
