It's fine.  Worth reading.  But it is a bit like Manny Ramirez trying to teach someone to hit.  What worked for Musashi doesn't necessarily work for folks without his level of genius.  Of course I read it twenty years ago so my memory may be faulty.

I do highly recommended Defence of Duffer's Drift if you haven't read it.  Useful read if short.
