I have no doubt that Rutschman is #1 and that either Hall or Rodriguez is #2.     But Hall vs. Rodriguez is something of a coin toss.    My sense is that Hall has the slightly higher ceiling, Rodriguez a substantially higher floor.     Based on that, I personally would choose Rodriguez #2 but Tony always like ceiling so I’m going with Rutschman-Hall in the poll.

Agree on the coin toss for 2/3, but I prefer Hall because he's the type of guy whose ceiling wins World Series games like Strasburg did last week. As good as I think Grayson Rodriguez can be, I'm not sure he could get to that level even if everything falls his way. I love that he's good enough for there to be a debate though.

This is a good thing, when we have multiple higher level prospects where you can discuss pegging order at 2, 3 or 4.

Can you image, they all succeed, and they form the next "core" group of Orioles?

Well, with Hall and Rutsch as an option, the school test taker kicked in and went with Rutsch/Hall for the reasons you mentioned combined with the options available ;)

I actually think 20-30, and even beyond, will be interesting too. It's really neat when a guy like @Sir_Loin jumps into a thread and mentions a kid I've never heard of as a guy to watch. It seems like we'll finally run into a few of those types now that the international stuff is actually moving. But really, there are more interesting stories throughout a top 30 list than I can ever remember. Just reading the responses in that minor league thread, it's clear I totally forgot about some guys who will probably end up with really nice write-ups. Fun times to like Orioles prospects.

Without giving too much away, at least personally, I'm a wait and see with the DSL guys because I don't get to see them and I don't have a contact there.
