So next inning if Payton makes an out do you pinch hit for Castro? Hate to let Montanez sit out the game, but hate even more giving Cintron 2 innings to botch the lead in the field. I guess with a lead they can wait till the 8th to find a way to get Montanez in.

No way Trembley removes Castro in the late innings with the O's holding a lead. You can't risk putting Cintron in the field.
