I still can’t understand why Hyde leaves guys in so long. What’s he gonna do when the roster is only 26 and he’s carrying two fewer pitchers?

He's been fantastic this year, why wouldn't he?

Nobody on our staff I'd rather see with a man on 3rd and less than 2 outs and need a K.

He didn't get the K but Rio did a good job there holding the runner and getting the out.

I do agree he's been top notch this year.

This is the first time he has been consistent. Previous seasons he was as random as raindrops.

That's why you don't DFA guys who miss tons of bats but just need to gain a little consistency. Sometimes they gain it and become good pieces.
