I think the play by play might not be originating from the stadium much like last seasons broadcasts.  Did you just notice another voice giving uniform numbers for at bat and on deck? That voice had crowd noise in the background.

Nice job by the announcer talking about the MLB history of the Braves and the Orioles (and the Yankees) but wish he had mentioned the Federal League Baltimore Terrapins.

Nah. the AL Orioles moved to NY and are now the Yankers. The 1890s Orioles were an NL team.

The AL started in 1901.
