Thursday afternoon June 17 in Cleveland: our best chance to end the losing streak

Cleveland is going with a bullpen game and their best two relievers have pitched 3 straight days, and their next best reliever has pitched 2 out of 3 nights including 27 pitches last night.   So we will see pitching "scrubs" for most of 9 innings.   Can we take advantage?

Ah, why bother…? This team is like the Keystone cops. Nobody in the organization except Jim Palmer saying anything about how awful they are and the nonsensical blather from the manager is actually insulting. It’s bullshit, he knows it’s bullshit, and we know he knows his bullshit, and yet he persists.

And pardon me, if I did not care so much I would not be angry so much

OK, I'm at work, following on Gameday.   Can someone please explain:

"Trey Mancini lines out sharply, pitcher to third baseman".

Did it ricochet off the P and get caught on the fly by the 3rd baseman???

Thanks, I saw it.   We posted at roughly the same time.

And the catcher's interference was the typical instance where the C has his glove forward and the bat knicks it on the swing?

I missed the interference call.  I am working from home in my den with the game playing on a TV in my bedroom with the volume up.  I mostly listen while I'm working and when something exciting happens, I go in and rewind it and watch.  I am not the most productive worker during games.
