Martin gets a hit with a runner in scoring position.   That makes us 19 for 123 this month.  (That looks like one of those made up stats someone will use as an exaggeration to make the point we are bad, like saying we've lost a hundred games in a row or something.   But no, that's the real number).

My father likes the Braves and Orioles. We moved to Atlanta in 99, but he just started going for Atlanta a few years ago. Said he was tired of watching losing baseball, which I don't blame him. I've liked Tampa for many years and love their organization. I really hope they win the World Series.

Diplan has been good so he might be able to hold down the fort for a couple innings today.

Hays has horrible plate discipline from what I’ve seen. He is a strikeout machine! He’s constantly behind in the count. Dude needs a lot more work. I thought he would look a lot better than this.

He goes up there and just hacks at everything. It drives me insane.

Santander fought off the inevitable for several pitches, but eventually struck out.  Not a lot of punch from the plate on the O's, which complements nicely the lack of pitching.
